Dorothy Marshall (BEST)

Dorothy was acknowledge by a Saints fan who wrote in with the following..."I was in Section 622, and I witnessed this usher guide an elderly woman to her seat. She was so patient, kind, and made sure this lady was safe and comfortable. It was heartwarming to see." Great job and congratulations Dorothy!

SAINTS VS BRONCOS - 8.23.25

Kinyata Dickson (Public Safety)

Kinyata is dedicated and does what it takes on gameday to assist the P.S. Dept. She's been assisting on the field for the past two seasons which shows her willingness to learn. During the Saints vs. Broncos game she also had quite the immersive experience when a ball headed straight towards her. The outcome may not have been the "Enjoy the Experience" we had in mind, but Kinyata came back ready for Gameday!

SAINTS VS CARDINALS - 9.7.25

Andrew Grimes (Allied)

Andrew Grimes handled himself in a professional and courteous manner when questioned by authority figures coming through Gate G Ground. He handled the interactions perfectly and protected the integrity of the entrance gate. Andrew did so great that high praises were brought to the attention of Saints Management. Congrats Andrew!

Gwendolyn Owens (Guest Services)

An NFL League Observer had some glowing remarks about Gwen. "Beyond her logistical support, Gwen contributed to the overall energy and atmosphere of the section. She actively participated in the fan engagement moments. Her enthusiasm was contagious and helped set a positive tone throughout the game. She exemplified the kind of guest services excellence that elevates the fan experience and reflects positively on the organization."

Antoinette Bright (Public Safety)

Antoinette's unwavering commitment and attention to detail help ensure the PSDs inventory is well-maintained and that every Team Member receives exactly what they need. Her work ethic, reliability, and behind-the-scenes leadership make her an invaluable part of our game day operations. Congratulations!

Katrina Ruffin (Housekeeping)

Katrina consistently exceeds all expectations. She is always prompt, professional, and willing to assist others. Her dedication and positive attitude is infectious, and she is such a joy to be around. Always a shining star and we're truly grateful to have her on our team. Congratulations Katrina!

Shanel Dales (Guest Services)

Shanel certainly paves the way and leads by example. If you happened to be by Champions Square last game, you may have spotted her scanning a plethora of tickets while her team was tied up at the credential line. Thank you for all that you do and congratulations!

SAINTS VS BRONCOS - 8.23.25

Danna Kendrick (Guest Services)

Danna stepped in to assist a situation that was a major downfall on someone else's behalf. Thank you Danna for promptly getting to the elevator to help move Mrs. Benson. You're a hero amongst us all!

SAINTS VS CARDINALS - 9.7.25

Sophia Lush (Guest Services) 

When faulty equipment prevented Sophia from fulfilling her job roles and responsibilities; she had taken it upon herself to go the extra mile. Although management did not expect her to purchase her own equipment; she most certainly did. This proactive approach is well deservering of a Leadership Award. Thank you Sophia!

Beyonka Washington (Parking)

Beyonka is very professional when dealing with both partrons and fellow Team Members. She is always willing to go the extra mile and ensures all garage operations run without a hitch. Congratulations Beyonka!

Tammy Turner (BEST)

Tammy makes decisions based on principle rather than for short-term success. While waiting for the hallway to clear after briefing, she introduces herself to her team and always gives a quick run down of the Information Sheet. She sets a standard of excellence amongst her team before even heading to post. Her kindness, energy, and leadership approach enables others to achieve their full potential. Thank you for all that you do Tammy!

Lilian Simms (Public Safety) 

Lilian is a dedicated Supervisor who consistently demonstrates exceptional work ethic and leadership. She takes full responsibility for managing and organizing the supllies for the suites. Her commitment, attention to detail, and steady guidance set a strong example for her team. Great work Lilian. 

The Bright Idea Award recognizes Team Members who offer suggestions and recommendations to improve the overall operation and/or experience for our guests and team.  If the suggestion is implemented, the Team Member will be recognized with a gift card.
