Dorothy Marshall (BEST)

Dorothy was acknowledge by a Saints fan who wrote in with the following..."I was in Section 622, and I witnessed this usher guide an elderly woman to her seat. She was so patient, kind, and made sure this lady was safe and comfortable. It was heartwarming to see." Great job and congratulations Dorothy!

Kinyata Dickson (Public Safety)

Kinyata is dedicated and does what it takes on gameday to assist the P.S. Dept. She's been assisting on the field for the past two seasons which shows her willingness to learn. During the Saints vs. Broncos game she also had quite the immersive experience when a ball headed straight towards her. The outcome may not have been the "Enjoy the Experience" we had in mind, but Kinyata came back ready for Gameday!

Andrew Grimes (Allied)

Andrew Grimes handled himself in a professional and courteous manner when questioned by authority figures coming through Gate G Ground. He handled the interactions perfectly and protected the integrity of the entrance gate. Andrew did so great that high praises were brought to the attention of Saints Management. Congrats Andrew!

Gwendolyn Owens (Guest Services)

An NFL League Observer had some glowing remarks about Gwen. "Beyond her logistical support, Gwen contributed to the overall energy and atmosphere of the section. She actively participated in the fan engagement moments. Her enthusiasm was contagious and helped set a positive tone throughout the game. She exemplified the kind of guest services excellence that elevates the fan experience and reflects positively on the organization."

Shanel certainly paves the way and leads by example. If you happened to be by Champions Square last game, you may have spotted her scanning a plethora of tickets while her team was tied up at the credential line. Thank you for all that you do and congratulations!

When faulty equipment prevented Sophia from fulfilling her job roles and responsibilities; she had taken it upon herself to go the extra mile. Although management did not expect her to purchase her own equipment; she most certainly did. This proactive approach is well deservering of a Leadership Award. Thank you Sophia!

Tammy makes decisions based on principle rather than for short-term success. While waiting for the hallway to clear after briefing, she introduces herself to her team and always gives a quick run down of the Information Sheet. She sets a standard of excellence amongst her team before even heading to post. Her kindness, energy, and leadership approach enables others to achieve their full potential.
