Saints Gameday Procedures

We've worked closely with local & state officials, and Ochsner Health to develop a comprehensive health and safety plan, which is outlined below. Please read this page in its entirety to ensure you're ready for game day.

2021 COVID-19 Updates

The City of New Orleans has implemented new rules and regulations for sports and entertainment venues, indoor facilities and large social gatherings. These rules allow for full capacity on game day. We must comply with those regulations to safely return to full capacity for the first time in more than a year and a half. Working together, we can continue to maintain our Dome Field Advantage and keep our community safe.

Vaccination & Testing

staffsafey .jpg

As required by the City of New Orleans, all guests ages 12 and above must provide evidence of 1) having received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine that has received full approval or emergency use authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or the World Health Organization or 2) evidence of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior to entering the following indoor establishment.

Prior to entry, fans may present their verified digital proof of vaccination (LA Wallet or other official government sanctioned app) or an original, digital photograph or photocopy (both sides) of their CDC vaccination card. They may also present an official vaccination record issued by another state, foreign nation or the WHO. In lieu of vaccination verification, fans may also present a negative PCR test result that has been taken within the last 72 hours.

FREE vaccines are readily available at health centers and pharmacies in every community. You can visit Ochsner.org/vaccineinfo for a list of Ochsner locations that offer the vaccine.

Face Coverings

The city of New Orleans is currently under a Mask Mandate for sports and entertainment venues as well as indoor events. Face coverings must be worn by fans and staff of all ages at all times, other than while actively eating or drinking. This applies to all vaccinated and tested individuals; no exceptions. Failure to comply will result in ejection from the stadium. Be a good teammate – because wearing a face covering not only helps to protect you, it helps protect other fans, our team and our staff.

Hand Sanitizers

Touch free hand sanitizer locations will be placed throughout the stadium near concession locations, entrances to restrooms, walkways into seating sections, restrooms and guest services locations.

Champions Square and Exterior Activities

Champions Square will be open for pre-game festivities based on current local health & safety guidelines. It will open 3 hours prior to kick off and entertainment will conclude 45 minutes before kick off. Concessions and merchandise sales in Champions Square will be cashless. There will be a Customer Service location in Champions Square where fans can exchange cash for debit cards if needed. [See the Cashless Concessions & Merchandise section for more information].

At this time, fans should be prepared to provide verified proof of full vaccination or a negative Covid-19 PCR test result in order to enter Champions Square.

Mobile Parking and Tickets

The Saints have shifted to 100% mobile tickets and parking passes. This transition began in 2020 and the Saints mobile ticketing experience was ranked #1 in the NFL. Mobile Ticketing will create a safer and more convenient experience for our fans. Prior to entering a parking garage or the stadium, you'll need to present your parking pass or tickets on your mobile phone, using either the Saints app or the SeatGeek app. Please read the Saints "Mobile 101" tutorial for detailed instructions.

Please make sure your tickets are pulled up on your phone prior to entering the security screening check point. Each ticket can be displayed on an individual phone or all tickets in your group may be presented on one mobile phone. If you need assistance with your tickets upon arrival at the stadium, please visit the Box Office located outside Gate A Ground and Gates B and F on the Plaza Level.

Gate Entry and Vertical Transportation

To ensure a smooth entry, your recommended entry gate will be listed on your mobile tickets. This will be the fastest way to your seat, reduce your wait time and ensure everyone gets to their seat before kickoff.

The interior ramps at Gates C and G have been removed in order to prepare for future upgrades to our entryways and concourses. Please use the stairway or escalator closest to your entry gate in order to access the upper levels of the stadium.

The Caesars Superdome is a cashless operation including all concessions, merchandise, and parking. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations within Caesars Superdome.
